Many people find it challenging to know where to start (or how to stick to) their fitness journey. These days, we are bombarded with information and images of what we 'should be doing/look like' and this can become overwhelming. Everyone's journey is different and it's important to consider your individual circumstances and find activities that you enjoy. 

I create programmes based on my client's goals, preference and ability, always making sure we have fun along the way!

I'm available for 1:1 or 2:1 sessions in the Cockfosters, Southgate, Barnet, Palmers Green and Enfield areas.  Zoom sessions are available for those who have some exercise experience.

Nutrition coaching

Nutrition

Nutrition coaching is a personalised, client led approach to help individuals improve their dietary habits and overall health, and achieve their goals in a sustainable way.

 

The coaching journey looks look like this:

  1. Assessment: The coaching process begins with a comprehensive assessment of your current eating habits, lifestyle and medical history.

  2. Goal Setting: Together we would set realistic and achievable nutrition and health goals based on your needs and preferences.

  3. Education & Resources: You will receive educational materials, resources and tools to empower you to make informed decisions about your diet and lifestyle.

  4. Regular Coaching Sessions: You choose the frequency of your one-on-one sessions via Zoom.  During each session we would track your progress and address any challenges, making adjustments to the plan if required.

  5. Monitoring and Accountability: I will monitor your progress via the agreed route, providing accountability and support.
