Hi, my name is Jen and I'm a personal trainer and nutrition coach. My passion for strength training started in my early 20's, which was when I started my 10-year bodybuilding journey. Since that time, I've tried various fitness related activities: some I was less good at but did for sheer enjoyment!

I undertook my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification in 2019 and trained clients via Zoom during lockdown. I was conscious that exercise wasn't the only thing my clients needed to achieve their goals and studied for a Level 4 nutrition coaching certificate, qualifying in January 2022. 

 

The challenges experienced during my own experience of menopause led me to do the menopause movement certificate, as this can be a period in a women's life where it's hard to make sense of it all, let alone find support.
